Even with all the algorithm advancements in smartphone astrophotography, capturing beautiful images of the night skies still remains prohibitively expenses. We set to put the stars in everyone’s hands by building a portable camera anyone could own and operate.
In partnership with the founders of TinyMOS, we launched their company on IndieGoGo with our campaign crossing their crowdfunding goals by a whopping 365%. The success launched the camera in the mainstream media stratosphere, helping bring our vision to reality and putting affordable astrophotography in the hands of thousands.
